Their customer service is absolutely amazing! I received one adapter that had heat damage (I live in Arizona and I unfortunately left it in the mailbox for a while), so I emailed them and asked how I could order new adapters with a photo attached. I was even willing to pay for it. They were amazing and sent a new one free of charge, even shipping, and I have never been happier. I've been using this charger for at least 4 months now.

I love this charging system, so glad I took the plunge with a product on Facebook (we’ve all been burned by an FB vendor in the past :(. I placed a second order after I tried out my first cord & connectors; I only want to use this for charging now. I wasn’t sure which connectors I needed for each device and they contacted me to make sure of what I wanted. A couple of connectors were for an older device and didn’t fit; they spotted the issue and replaced them in ONE DAY! Very happy, there really is no downside.
